San Francisco is divided into 10 real estate districts. These ten are then further divided into a total of 86 subdistricts.
Price and value can differ not only within subdistricts but within blocks.
Also, since the statistics are divided into quarters, a quarter with only a few sales may be skewed because of one sale that is particularly low or high.
These charts are intended to give real estate people big picture trends. Please call Linda for information regarding your specific building, building type and neighborhood: (415) 786-7157.
